PRINCIPAL ATTORNEY
Julia Annes Stedile is a highly experienced attorney licensed to practice law in both Brazil and California. As the fifth generation of lawyers in her family, she carries a deep-rooted passion for the legal profession. She earned her law degree from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí in 2009 and, during and after law school, worked at her mother’s law firm in Brazil. In 2011, she moved to San Diego to further her education, earning an LL.M. in International Law from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2013. After returning to Brazil, Julia served as General Counsel for the largest cosmetic company in South America, handling complex legal and business matters. In 2016, she moved back to San Diego, where she passed the California Bar Exam on her first attempt and was sworn in as a California attorney by the Hon. Earl Maas III in December 2017. Since 2020, Julia has run her own law firm, providing general counsel services to businesses and representing consumers in civil matters. While many see contracts as a necessary burden, Julia thrives on them—turning legal complexities into strategic advantages for her clients.

Alina Baun has extensive paralegal and office management experience. After moving from Germany to United States in 2004, she began her journey into the legal field by working in the renowned Law Office of Eric A.Seitz in Honolulu, Hawaii. This small family-style law office opened her world to exciting legal cases and gave her the opportunity to learn the basics of court procedures and law. After 4 years, she moved to San Diego and joined the Law Office of Mark-Robert Bluemel. There, she gained extensive experience in family law, civil litigation and criminal law over her 8 years there. In 2020, she jumped at the opportunity to join the Stedile Law Firm where she could leverage her diverse background to simplify the law for her clients. In addition, Ms. Baun was a licensed Real Estate Agent in the Hawaii in 2011, and currently holds an active license in California.
